2. Products Eligible for Refund
We offer refunds for the following products:
– Defective products: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service team for assistance and eligibility for a refund.
– Damaged products: If the product you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage. You may be eligible for a refund or product replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.
 
3. Service Issues with Carrier
 
If you experience any service issues with your wireless carrier, including but not limited to signal issues, network outages, or data problems, we recommend contacting your carrier directly. MSD Wireless & Repair is not responsible for carrier-related service issues, and refunds will not be issued for these types of problems.
 
a. No Refunds for Third-Party Services
 
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any third-party services, including but not limited to carrier activation fees, prepaid plans, or any services provided by third-party vendors. We recommend contacting the respective service provider for any concerns or issues related to these services.
 
4. Non-Refundable Products and Services
The following products and services are not eligible for a refund:
– Consumable items with a limited shelf life, such as batteries.
– Software or digital products that have been downloaded or activated.
– Services that have been fully rendered or completed.

5. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee
If you are eligible for a refund and need to return a product, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Additionally, a restocking fee of 10% of the product’s purchase price may be deducted from your refund.

– Reason for refund request
 
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review your eligibility and respond within 3-7 business days with further instructions.
