3. If additional issues or complications arise during the repair process that were not initially identified, our technicians will inform you of these changes and seek your approval before proceeding with any additional repairs. 

4. In the event that a device cannot be repaired or the cost of repair exceeds the value of the device, our technicians will provide an explanation of the circumstances and discuss potential alternative solutions.

5. MSD Wireless & Repair is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the repair or attempted repair of a device. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, software issues, or any other damages resulting from the repair process. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up any important data prior to seeking our repair services.

6. Our no refund policy also extends to any parts or accessories purchased from MSD Wireless & Repair. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for any items purchased.
