MSD Wireless & Repair Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are an agreement between you (“User” or “Customer”) and MSD Wireless & Repair (“Company” or “We” or “Our”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the MSD Wireless & Repair website and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding and governs your use of the Services.

1. Device Repair Services

1.1 By sending your device to MSD Wireless & Repair for repair, you acknowledge that there may be risks involved and unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the repair process. MSD Wireless & Repair shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized use of the device that may occur during shipping or as a result of any repairs performed.

1.2 We recommend that you back up all important data and remove any personal information or confidential materials from your device before sending it to us. MSD Wireless & Repair shall not be held responsible for the loss of any data or information stored on your device during the repair process.

2. Device Shipping

2.1 When shipping your device to MSD Wireless & Repair for repair, it is your responsibility to ensure that the device is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a secure shipping method and purchasing insurance for your device.

2.2 MSD Wireless & Repair shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your device during shipping. It is your responsibility to track the shipment and deal with any issues that may arise with the shipping carrier.

3. Warranty

3.1 MSD Wireless & Repair provides a limited warranty on repairs performed by us. The warranty period and terms may vary depending on the nature of the repair and the device model. Please contact us for details on the specific warranty terms for your repair.

3.2 The warranty on repairs does not cover any future damages or issues that may arise as a result of misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications made to the device.

3.3 MSD Wireless & Repair reserves the right to void any warranty if it is determined that the device has been tampered with or repaired by an unauthorized third party.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment for device repair services must be made in full before the repair process begins.

4.2 In the event that additional repairs or parts are required during the repair process, we will notify you of the additional cost and seek your approval before proceeding.

4.3 Payment for any additional repairs or parts must be made in full before the device is returned to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 In no event shall MSD Wireless & Repair be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services or the repair of your device.

5.2 MSD Wireless & Repair shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your device, including any loss of data, caused by unforeseen circumstances, accidents, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control.

6. Indemnification

6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold MSD Wireless & Repair and its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or the repair of your device.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, and any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

By using the Services or submitting your device for repair to MSD Wireless & Repair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, please do not use the Services or submit your device for repair.
